I needed to upgrade my chair at my home office as I like to shop local, when possible and contacted BC Interiors. They put me in touch with Celeste and we set up an appointment . She met met me at their front door and spent a lot of time showing me all of the styles ( many ) of the various chairs. Celeste was very patient and allowed me the time to understand and test the various options of the different models. I needed to make my selection that day so it was important that I had the time to compare each different and unique function . I took my time before making a choice. Celeste completed the transaction and then assisted in the loading into my vehicle ( she did the heavy lifting ) You talk about customer service that was a 10. I am writing this review setting in my new office chair that is very comfortable and fits my physical needs. A true thumbs up.

What a great experience at BC Interiors with Celeste - needed a desk chair for my daughter for remote learning and she helped us find an active swivel stool which my daughter so loves! So much better than an office chair for learning. Beautiful, and in perfect condition and we got this from their overstock / used section.
I contracted with BC Interiors to move my office and I was absolutely thrilled with their work. They were exactly on time; gracious and good listeners; knowledgeable about all aspects of moving; creative problem solvers; speedy; and my Ficus tree made it into it's new home in perfect condition. Also, the price was extremely reasonable, especially given a side trip to a storage locker. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'd give them 6 stars if it were allowed!
Our medical facility has been using BCinteriors to purchase office furniture, especially chairs, for the past five years. I've always been impressed with their selection of high quality office chairs, but the reason we keep coming back to BCinteriors is the customer service. Our rep, Celeste, is incredibly attentive during the buying process and equally responsive when we have any questions or concerns after delivery. In the middle of last year (2020), we purchased six HON chairs. One of them squeaked a tiny bit when sitting down, so I emailed Celeste about it. She came to pick up the chair, brought it to the warehouse, and it was fixed. No muss, no fuss. Just an expeditious solution. I'd highly recommend BCinteriors to any business who wants a positive customer experience.
Awesome selection for all price points. Ordered only a few inexpensive chairs and received amazing service from Celeste. She followed up and gave me service like I was spending thousands of dollars. Thanks! You rock!
