I had bad service the day of interview, and instead of a call I received a voice mail. So I spent almost an hour trying to get them call me back while I was at work and they don't even have staff to answer the same day. Afterwards, spent at least few hours each day in the morning trying to contact. Honestly, if you looking for certain services in this place, I recommend moving out to elsewhere, or becoming super rich. Why even after so many negative reviews this place still weren't inspected or fixed up. I hate it got down to me writing this review...

I was suppose to have an interview at 8:30am for some of services boulder county provides. I called the number provided in the letter seventeen times with no answer. The voice machine hasn't been set up so I can't leave a message. The main number has an automated message that informs people that the office is closed because of COVID and to use the email.

On hold for 30 minutes, eventually selected the return call function. Was promised a return call within 2 hours. 2 hours later no call, managed to get a hold of someone via online chat to which i was told they had nothing even close to a 2 hour wait and that it was likely an error. Refused to help me with my request over the chat, told me to try calling back. Writing this review while currently on hold for another 10 minutes. This is literally a matter of whether or not my father will be able to get life saving medical assistance and they apparently can't be bothered to pick up the phone.
