Boulder County Housing Authority clearly has no interest in speaking to members of the public. They have changed their phone setup so that it's virtually impossible to ever reach a human being. When I finally got to a \phone bank\, the recording said the wait for an operator was 26 minutes. This was after I had already spent 25 minutes calling 8 times to try to find anyone to answer any extension or department. This is unacceptable. There is zero customer service. I need to talk to someone today, so leaving messages on voice mails is not a solution If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

Boulder county doesn’t want to work with you at all! They just want to be rude and uncaring! Nice way to work with people! Don’t recommend dealing (any other county is better)
