Horrible service. Debt collectors contacted me over a year after the date of service, which I had paid in full. I called Boulder Radiologists. The lady on the call claimed that they issued another bill for 22, which I never received. I only learned about it from the debt collector. The associate was extremely rude, and she lied that they had called me on Dec 11, 2020. The phone records clearly proved that this call did not happen. Still, they were not willing to rectify the situation, despite my proof of their lies.

Billing with these people is a nightmare. I now have a new account in collections over a 24.84 bill. I was unaware of this balance, being I thought I paid it off, and now it’s showing up on my credit report. Trash.

We regularly have issues with their billing. Often the *first* bill we'll get says "Over 60 days", with the statement "Your account is past due. Prompt payment will prevent this account from becoming delinquent", and a description of "Previous Balance". Beyond that, they're the only medical provider we know that has no online payment facility -- you have to send them a check or call them with your credit card number. The most charitable interpretation of all this is that they're disorganized and far behind the times.

The nurses, doctor and all of the staff couldn't have been nicer. A lot of waiting around but that's OK. Thank you nurse Sharon for carting but bucket around and finding us. I can't say enough great things about her. Wonderful medical service and staff service

A business that doesn't care..there's no way to make payments online which is truly unfortunate. The link on the bill doesn't work, as many others can already attest to. Sheesh - waste of time!

Worst doctor's office I've ever dealt with. They sent me and my wife to collections on two bills of less than 50 total - without the courtesy of a phone call to see if we had received the bills or could pay by phone. Their billing lags service by several months, so by they get their information together your bill is nearly overdue. Word to the wise- tell them you'll pay upfront or go somewhere else - not that easy, though, because they have a monopoly on rad service at the hospital, so if you're hurting for diagnosis or treatment, they'll just take advantage of that. BCH should take notice - these people are not a patient's friend.
