Since then, we have expanded to provide a wide variety of reproductive and sexual healthcare services for people of all genders, including birth control, annual exams, screenings for breast and cervical cancer, STI testing, transgender hormone therapy, a Teen Clinic, and more. We are a locally-founded, locally-run, independent nonprofit organization with clinic locations in Boulder and Longmont. Our mission is to provide accessible, confidential, and comprehensive gynecological and reproductive health care, including sexual health services and education, regardless of a person’s insurance status, economic circumstances, or immigration status. We believe in respecting the dignity of all people. We strive to make quality healthcare available to all, particularly those who experience unique barriers to access, such as people who are low-income or uninsured, monolingual Spanish speakers, youth, LGBTQIA+ persons, and people with disabilities.

I was referred from PP and scheduled an appointment for a procedure here. I qualified for a grant to cover the cost of the procedure. When I arrived, the doctor told me that actually I did not need the procedure. They charged me 50 dollars even though it was not my decision to not have the procedure. I could understand if I had decided not to go through with it why they would charge me, but it was the doctors decision. They had my medical records ahead of time and could’ve easily called me to let me know I didn’t even need the appointment. I paid 50 for literally nothing. It would be nice if they refunded me considering the situation. Honestly, just go to Planned Parenthood. While the doctor was very nice, the staff was pretty unwelcoming.

Professional, caring and compassionate staff ! I could always call the receptionist and got connected quickly for an appointment which was helpful. They all actually took the time to listen and care about what I was going through physically and emotionally . They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I felt cared for and knew my health and safety was at the top of their minds. I could not have asked for a better Doctor and Nurse Practitioners. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. My whole experience was positive for my surgical procedure on 18 Dec 2020 over here at their Boulder location.

I went in because I am pregnant and needed a referral. The woman who did my sonogram said that she is not a sonographer and told me I might be having twins but didn't know. I asked for a referral to be sent and after calling for 3 days straight still hasn't been sent. I wait the remaining of the week and call again they said they would rush it and then called me at closing to leave a voicemail saying that I didn't need one and could just schedule myself. I personally talked to the office and they ONLY take new patients upon referral. It's been almost 2 weeks, still no referral and not even a call back from my voicemail. I've never had worse customer service.
