Unfortunately for us, we've had 2 claims with Allstate this year (auto and home). Both situations were made significantly easier starting with the friendly office staff ensuring we had sufficient coverage to begin with and making sure we were ok to the claims agents who's first question has always been "are you ok"? Reimbursements and payouts have been fast and the whole process seamless! I'd recommend Erika and her staff any and every day! LOVE this agency!!!
