I have called like perhaps 4 times. They made a mistake on my policy and the effective dates were incorrect. I tried to reach them multiple times. The agent was like “I am sorry we are short staff please hold on” and transferred me like 20 times I was on hold each time and NO ONE answered. You should not get this insurance because of Covid they are short staff and they are absolutely not helpful at all. I recommend doing somewhere where they have more agents who can assist with you needs and are serious about customers quotes and policies.
