Always seamless and easy to get whatever I need, Dave was especially nice today must’ve been the one to take my phone order cause he knew without my even having to say anything which was nice especially cause I was tired and not speaking clearly. Their prices are the best in Boulder. As for the marijuana quality, it's not the best. It's to be expected. As for the staff, they aren't really friendly our enthusiastic. They always seem to be busy and aren't personable. I recommend that this establishment should work on their customer service. Caleb is the best member are I don't think he even works here anymore...
Great prices on concentrates is the main draw here, though like everyone else they have raised prices recently on top selling brands which I think shows poor ethics. Recently was given a passion fruit cartridge mistakenly stickered as a purple blue dream cart, and it tasted horrible. Finally, I have easily spent a few hundred dollars since joining their rewards program but no rewards points or discounts are ever mentioned when I check out. Guess thats up to me too along with double checking I have been given the correct product? All in all a good place that needs to tighten up a bit and show more love/attention to their regular and well paying customers. Cheers.
I absolutely love this store!! The staff are amazing. They know their stuff! The building clean and beautiful. They have the best prices in town - hands down. You can’t beat it. Go nowhere else.
