In-store shopping
I always enjoy the service at May-bees. the staff always give good advice. I live in 2 cities away but it is worth the commute to grab what my husband and I need .

The staff here is always SO friendly they make even they shyest of us feel right at home!
Today was my first time at this store and I have got to say the experience was terrible. The store is clean and everything displayed nicely. The guy working was just rude all around. We weren’t even in the store for 5 minutes. The store was completely empty, we were the only people other than this guy in the building. Yes it states masks required and my partner was wearing his mask just not over his nose as he periodically will pull it down to breath considering he has COPD. Had he approached him differently with respect, maybe asked why he didn’t have the mask fully on, he would have explained, put it back on and we would have gladly made purchases as what our intentions were. Instead, he aggressively stared down partner about the mask and threatening to kick us out. We go to plenty of smaller shops around Denver and they are much more pleasant to deal with. Although great quality, the attitude and rudeness of this guy is why I choose smaller shops. They have much better customer service.
I actually really like the products at this store but my recent experience ensured I’ll never shop here again. I bought 3 bras a few weeks ago and returned 2. I was given a card with the credit for my returns, which was about 30. Today, I came back to shop and was planning on using the 30 in credits the store owed me. When I went to pay the guy at the cash register said the card was empty. He was extremely unhelpful and honestly kind of rude. I explained to him that the card should have 30 on it because I just returned two things a few weeks ago. He didn’t care about helping me get the issue resolved and didn’t even apologize. So..needless to say, I am annoyed that I lost 30 and the lack of customer service sucks.
They won’t let you in if you have a baby under a year old with you and are super rude (even if you are shopping for just stockings, lol). I used to visit this store regularly years ago, but they’ve definitely lost my business for good now. Note: I called the Fascinations in Glendale afterwards and they told me that you can bring babies in if they are in a carrier that is covered. So, I literally could have walked out to my car, put my baby in her carrier with her blanket over the top, and come back in instead of wasting almost two hours of driving to the Boulder store and home for nothing had this worker known the company’s full policy.
This was my first time to May-Bee's. What a great experience! Mandy was fantastic, extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Totally made me feel comfortable with my shopping experience. I will definitely be back!
Nice store, nice people...beautiful dresses and awesome perfumes
May- Bee's management and staff are extremely helpful when I go in there. They not only educate me openly about the quality and functionality of their products but they offer suggestions in a very professional manner, which is lovely. Also huge thanks to them for the discount offer they gave me last time I was there!
