I’ve been going to PACE WEST for about 10 years, and highly recommend Katie Andrews. She has enabled me to get over back, knee, and shoulder problems – in each case, with combinations of exercise and massage. Katie has the depth of knowledge to analyze my problems, and the skill needed to structure an exercise program that strengthens the right muscles, relieves the pain, and enables me to do the things I enjoy (from walking and hiking to gardening). It’s always delightful working with Katie and the rest of the staff at PACE WEST – all of them have warm personalities and the professional competencies for keeping the whole business running smoothly.

Katie Andrews and the Pace West Team are amazing! Katie is extremely knowledgeable, fun to work with, really takes a whole body approach to healing, and sets you up for a lifetime of fitness! I would highly recommend her and the Pace West Team!

Sometimes you walk into a place and quickly feel entirely at ease, especially important when you've got something wrong with your body. From reception to office management to PT staff, the owners of Pace West have hired a team with that je ne sais quoi of working with human beings in a way that's as close to perfection as i\\I can imagine. Thank you Joe for helping me to heal and deal with a problem others have had less luck with, And thank you Darcy for creating PACE WEST, a rare find, for sure.

I have been coming to Pace West for many years. Katie has gotten me through a multitude of injuries. She always has a great attitude and lot's of energy. She takes the time to explain things and makes sure i have enough homework. When i cannot see her they have a great staff to back her up

I have been training with Erin for several months. We have been using Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy to help improve my strength and fitness while not taxing my aging joints. It has been extremely helpful. Erin does a great job of changing up the roster of exercises, keeping the sessions always challenging and interesting. She has a great personality and sense of humor, so I've learned how to smile while gritting my teeth. Highly recommended. I first started going to Pace West almost 10 years ago. Trevor was recommended to me by my excellent acupuncturist, who happened to be an accomplished athlete. What a discovery! Trevor is without peer in his diagnostic skills. I haven't been to an orthopedic surgeon ever since. (I've had quite a few surgeries prior to finding Trevor.) And, I'll only go to one if Trevor orders me to. He has helped me overcome back pain, knee problems, alignment issues, trigger point problems and a few other setbacks. He (and his co-workers) really take career development very seriously, so they are very informed of new advances in PT. I can honestly say finding this practice was life changing; they have allowed me to stay more active than I thought was possible. First rate.
