Even though I went in to terminate my service the guy who helped me was top notch. My complaints are certainly with T-Mobile itself every time I have gone into a location the people have been friendly and very helpful.

Really professional customer service at this T-Mobile store. With the usual Fair of good selection to choose from, with a broad range of prices. And all the protective gear you need for your new phone, I used phone;( "know what I mean Vern" -Earnest P. Worrell)!

Just waited for 2:30 hours while 5-6 team members tried to help me out. They kept making it sound like they were helping me out. “If you just wait another 35 min” and they were doing me a favor. I mean come here if you want to wait for hours for a simple upgrade. Also the reason was they only had one computer. Like I feel an establishment of that size in boulder should have more than one working computer. Basically 3 hours wasted and still no phone.

I came in to update my phone and was helped by Kenzo. It was a really great and easy experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and Kenzo made the process of updating the phone and transferring over data super easy. He even put up with all of my mother's crazy technological questions. Thank you Boulder T-Mobile staff!

AWFUL. T-Mobile has a policy that they will not give refunds in the store unless YOU call the number. Since when is it the customers responsibilty to call to do their jobs for them? We might be going with another carrier if they fumble anymore considering this is the 3rd phone of the exact same make and model being defective and now they "cannot" give us a refund in store. Deeply disapponted in this business. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Worst T-Mobile Store EVER!!!!! The store manager Kaylee has horrible customer service! I seriously have no idea how she is the store manager! Completely unprofessional! Ended up leaving with not being able to solve the problem! If I could leave zero stars I would!
