I've had acupuncture sessions with Catherine and massage with Lulu and Sarah. During each appointment I felt safe, as they were following all COVID-19 protocols to the T, and my energetic and physical wellness was significantly improved after each visit. I highly recommend!

Book an appointment here ASAP. I had been getting massages here once a month prior to COVID, and stopped for nearly a year as we all adjusted to the new normal. Late last month, after my neck kinked out for the 100th time, I took a chance and booked a COVID safe massage here. I am in the high risk group as I am immune compromised, and I felt 100000% safe getting body work done here -- so much so that I now go in once a week for acupuncture and a massage. The staff is INSANELY kind, professional, and caring. Everyone has a mask on at all times and, not only do they keep their windows open, they also have a hospital grade air purifier on throughout your entire appointment. They take your temperature at the door and inform you they will be washing their hands before they make any physical contact. I have gotten massage work done with both Sara and Denise and both have been FANTASTIC -- after a year of neglect, my tense WFH shoulders/neck are finally loose and nearly pain free. I had never done acupuncture work before, and Catherine has 100% made me a convert. I have TMJ and was complaining of daily tension headaches. After just our 2nd session, these headaches are gone and my bottle of Ibuprofen has been retired. I cannot recommend Catherine and her magic needles enough.

I had an excellent experience at The Body Bar. I was visiting CU Boulder for parents weekend and was experiencing a lot of back pain due to a recent injury. I was able to get an appointment with Drew and he was phenomenal. I have had many massages and body work and his massage was literally the best I've had. If I was local, I would visit the Body Bar regularly. Because of Drew I was able to enjoy my weekend with my family without pain.

The Body Bar is a great place to stop by. On our visit from VA we were able to make a same day appointment and had great service with Eric and Lisa! We recommend them and the relaxing rejuvenating experience they provide at the Body Bar. Great price and FULL 60 minute massage!
