I'm always pleased with the professional responsiveness from Allstate. Let's face it, when you need your insurance company, it truly needs to be fantastic and rapidly responsive and kind with your needs.

Allstate has been very easy to work with and I have been a client of theirs for several years. I have stayed with them as they quoted my homeowners insurance when others wouldnt. They also offered better pricing than some of the budget carriers on my car insurance. Over the years I have experienced pricing that was sometimes better, or sometimes not as competitive but they always tried to make my policies work for whatever I needed.

Great service! The employees here are consistently helpful, kind, and respectful. I moved recently and saw an increase in my premium amount — came in to check on it and I was able to work something out with them to keep the lower amount until my next policy renewal. That’s a huge relief since I’m in a tight financial spot right now! The lady I worked with was super patient with all my other minor policy questions as well and very helpful overall. Definitely recommend this agency!

I wish I could say we had a good experience with this agency. We were impressed with Allstate in the past and were excited when their quote came in lower for our new home and auto. Sadly, the service provided by this agency has been less than stellar. I've attempted to contact the agent directly multiple times and he has his employees return his emails and calls. The same employee who returns calls has made multiple missteps causing a lot of stress during an already stressful time. I reached out to Allstate and we're moving to an agent who is more customer service focused. I would recommend Allstate but not this agent. He's missing a key customer service component of his business.

Had a really good experience with Leigha from Woods Insurance. She got me a better plan at a lower rate and answered all of my questions. She is very professional and made me feel like she was looking out for my property and my automobiles. Feel good knowing this agent is looking out for her clients. Haven't experienced this in a while. Very Professional!

I was getting bombarded by roofing companies claiming they needed to get on my roof to check for hail damage so I could get a free roof, I checked several of them out and couldn't find out where they were from of if they had a BBB rating. Several of the homes in the area also had their roofs done and weren't too happy with the contractors promises or the insurance claims they received. One call to Leigha Howard and a good hands network contractor with a BBB A rating and real on the roof (not a drone) claims adjuster, made sure we were covered with out any problems. We have been with woods group for 17 years and never had a problem with them. Always great service and they go the extra mile to help their customers out.
