Terrible service Johnathan called and immediately hung the phone thinking someone was playing on the phone I called and immediately asked who was calling. He stated his name and didn't state the reason he initially called and after giving me some rude and stupid lecture on how to answer the phone he later states his business after I said he must have the wrong number and I immediately declined his service.

I had to run my cousin’s birthday party and I was very stressed because I’ve never had to do something like that before. I was referred by a friend to here because who doesn’t enjoy a good bounce house? The staff was more than pleasant and really took the time in helping me with renting it out. I HIGHLY recommend renting from here.
*MUST READ* I called Bounce house rentals last minute for two water slide bounce houses. My expectations was to be declined service for being so last min. But no the team at bounce house rentals took my call with joy and told me not to worry and that they can have someone ASAP to set up a bounce house for you the same day I called. I just want to say this company is a small company, but hands down the best company I been around that had excellent customer service. I will forever recommend this bounce house company to everyone!
