Today I went to collect a prescription for my daughter who is shielding. She received a text to inform her it was ready to collect. When I arrived the assistant said it was not there. I asked him to check and all he said was the hand held device said it was not there. I left without her medication. My daughter managed to get through by phone afternoon many attempts and asked what was happening. She could over hear the staff talking while she wated. Eventually she was told her medication was in fact waiting for her. Total chaos.

Staff are always pleasant even when they have quite unpleasant customers that do not understand how getting a prescription sorted out and checked for the amount of customers that they supply .people can be rude to the staff and just expect them to know they were coming in
