Doesn't even deserve one star. They cannot blame covid for not answering phones and especially not nearly one year on. I have been waiting 36mins today and 18mins yesterday to ask why my bins were not collected. I've gone to report it on their website to be told I'm not even eligible for a bin service (Green) which I've paid for and they've sent me the new bin stickers for 2021, which they say don't put new sticker on the bin if you're getting a new bin which we are and many in Bournemouth I am sure are due to the size unfairness we suffered compared to Christchurch and Poole.

nobody answers the phone. re food waste caddy. nobody has bothered to empty the food caddy for several weeks. i pay full council tax. very unhygienic to leave full caddy with rotting food outside. date: 4th feb 2021 . kindly ask your waste collectors to empty it before the rats come. 21 Lara Close.
