This was the first time using boiler geeks and I was really impressed. The level of service was excellent, both from the lady who took my initial call to the excellent engineer, Tom who came out to do the job. Really quick call-out time (was with me within an hour of calling) and a very comprehensive and professional service throughout. Tom sourced and remedied the immediate problem and comprehensively checked for any other issues . He then cleaned up very well and was on his way. Would highly recommend both boiler geeks and Tom specifically.

Tom found the problem and fixed it. He was very helpful and honest. Also did an amazing job and was incredibly clean and professional. He could be called the surgeon of plumbing, considering how accurate and good at his job he is. Highly recommended!!
Wow! Excellent service from start to finish. My boiler needed to be urgently replaced and I had an inspection within 10 minutes of calling and a quote by the end of the day. Tom and Geoff were very professional from start to finish and made sure the work was completed in time. They were really knowledgeable and experienced and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work. Boiler geeks will be my first call in the future for any plumbing or heating work.
I had been let down by a couple of plumbers so when Boiler geeks arrived I was relieved to find guys who were super efficient, friendly and extremely tidy! They replaced our (very old) boiler with the minimum of fuss and 3 days later the house was warmer than it ever has been. Was so pleased with the work that the guys did, we are now having our radiators updated by them. Reviews are not something I usually do but good/reliable plumbers are so hard to find so I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs work done.

Simple no nonsense advice, fitted my boiler 2 days after my initial call with a problem with the old one. Friendly people and were very considerate with noise etc for a housemate who was on nights so sleeping during installation. Can't fault them at all.
Had a new Worcester Boiler fitted by boiler geeks with some extra radiators, great guys nothing was too much trouble! Would not hesitate to recommend
