No customer service or personnel to help if the machines malfunction or go wrong. Which was exactly my experience, old stinky machines - definitely need an update. Will never use again

The team here are just so lovely and helpful. I use a service wash regularly, the clothes always smell fresh and are well folded. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Just been in (30th September) and discover the new owners have hiked the price of a service wash by 50%. I won't be back again, you have just priced yourselves out of the market. I hope you treat your lovely ladies working here well and with respect, they deserve that and I will miss them.

Friendly, hard working, and helpful staff; average machine prices, and service washes quick and well folded. Yeah, the odd machine is sometimes out of order, but machines fine if you don't overload them. Range of driers.

Won't use again. Clothes came out of the washing machines soaking wet, meaning it cost a fortune to dry them in the dryers. Also, no powder in the machine so list money there. The decor is shabby and some of the machines didn't work. There's another launderette nearby this one which I'm going to use next time, hopefully it'll be better than this one!

Edit: wrote the first review a year back and nothing has changed and since reporting issues numerous times. New owners, no change. None of the machines work properly or give full time paid for. Terrible customer service when reporting problems. Why do I keep using? It's very local and the closest laundrette is a drive away. I now am forced to use Queens Rd service and its great. Clean and reliable.
