Yes, it is showing signs of being 90 years old, but this is a glorious and dignified venue. It’s very many years since I visited before tonight but the large stage was a brilliant setting for “Putting on the Ritz” which is a feel good extravaganza. On a wet, out of season Monday, too many empty seats, but there are still a few more nights not to miss this treat.
Very good and was worth visiting.
