Just bought my new BMW from Cars of Kinson. I had researched the make and model already and wanted the car. Though I would write an honest review of how things went. I found the car during in intenet search and sent an email to Cars of Kinson asking about it. I didnt get a reply within 24 hours (as I try to do with my own Company) so phoned them instead. I was invited down the next day (a Sunday). I was pleased to see hand sanitiser etc and the site was plenty large enough for social distancing. The salesman pointed out to me that a towing point cover was missing (I had already spotted this) and that it was on order and would be arriving in 5 days. I went ahead with the purchase. As I wanted the car quickly he assured me that I should bring the car back for a full valet and for the towing point cover to be fitted. They were able to sort the car tax and new MOT which saved me a lot of bother and time. After collecting the car I found that the rear windscreen wiper was missing. I emailed the salesroom and got an instant reply. It had been ordered and paid for and would be fitted when the car was returned for the valet and fitting of the towing point cover. Overall, the service was good and as quick as I needed it to be. They made every effort to accomodate me. I give 4 out of 5.

I bought a Citroen c4 from Adam at cars of kinson ,test drive and had 1 fault rectified .now had the car 1 mouth and 500 miles later, I can honestly say this is one of the best cars I have had the pleasure of owning. I think this company does look after you .if you buy a banger inspect banger problems, pay a little more get reliable transport with Warrant. Thankyou Adam nice doing business with you and would buy again .
AVOID. Bought a car from here that my dad test drove for me and when I went to insure it discovered that the car doesn't exist! I bought a petrol automatic 307, but according to my insurance company it is a diesel manual 307. So i'm paying way over the odds for my insurance. Things went wrong as soon as I got the car home. First day the car over heated, the air con didn't work. It broke down twice on that first day. My dad tried to talk to the garage about it, but they refused to take the car back or refund me. They said they fixed it, but everything was still broken. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. I paid just shy of 2k for this car which I am having to scrap because I can't sell it (morally i would feel awful passing this on to someone else.) I should have done more due diligence before purchasing, and that's on me. But if you're considering buying a car from these cowboys, please re-consider!!!!
The manager of the establishment Needs to be shown how to run a car showroom. Sent email to me complaining because he had to move cars for us to drive and then crying his little eyes out because we didn't buy one of his 2 mini cars. He didn't know the difference between a mini one and a mini cooper..told me they had the same engine.. lifted the bonnet of one car and the drivers side head light fell out.. and thats after it passed its MOT. The list goes on .. Then he complains in email to my wife that she should not have done an emergency stop.... to put the icing on the cake. He's band my wife from ever going to the little establishment ever again. Don't think we would want too. ( just remember just because you walk through the door) YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY as you can see i sent him an email saying sorry for not buying a car after he had to move cars on his forecourt..
