Very timely service. On time. Site left clean and tidy. I have had an issue with the wrong (neighbours) tank being pumped in error. CSG were brilliant, and the driver returned next day to complete the job. Excellent service.

I think the service has improved over the last few years, I had found hit and miss info and politeness beforehand. I now find everyone friendly on the phone and the guy always turns up on the date arranged and does a good job. The agreed contract price for regular emptying makes us happy too.
