Hearnes Bournemouth recently sold our house and I could not fault them, compared to so many agents I have dealt with Hearnes have been by far the most efficient and professional. They went over and above in every way possible and made sure communication was consistent. Not only that they have been excellent in helping us find our next home. I recently sold a flat through Hearnes (Bournemouth branch) and despite the complications and challenges of trying to sell in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, Hearnes made the process very easy and pain free. The level of service provided by Matt is exceptional, far above and beyond expectations. I purchased the flat originally through Matt at Hearnes in 2016 so I had no hesitation calling him back this time around. He is the most reliable, honest and helpful estate agent I have ever dealt with, and he has a brilliant team behind him in the Bournemouth branch. Highly recommended :-)

Additionally, he skillfully managed us through the process from offer to exchange, which from start to finish took just 4 weeks!
