We had a wonderful time dining here. The staff is very kind, the food is well prepared and the servings are generous. On busy days, it can take a while to get your order, but if you have the time, it is worth the wait. On September 2020 they were serving a special dish of sweet king prawns. It was really good, but there were served raw and this information wasn't clear on the menu. I recommend asking about the dishes you don't know before ordering it.

Best bits: Golden Salmon Roll and mochi ice cream is delicious. The worst bit: It says on the menu Mixed Seafood Tempura, you will get a two little prawns and the rest is vegetables. Tempura Carribean Squid, you will get a tentacles battered with soy sauce. We had the women as a waitress, and asking for the bills she looked, she noded, but she just stood there facing the chef, and we had to call the other waitress. When the bills came, only with a small blue paper with the total amount. You can't check back what you have ordered. They gave a small white bit of paper that you put your name and phone number for every people including children. Overall: Expensive for what it is. More like Chinese style restaurant but Japanese food. Never expect the dish come all together.

Not that earth shattering tbh. I was the only one in ordered the pork cutlet and it took 30 minutes to get the food. The pork was also red in some places. Pork is dangerous to eat raw so didn't eat all my food. I love Japanese food so that's a first for me to not have finished my food.

Hi everyone. I'm from London. Last night I came to this restaurant and they said the tables were fully booked. Ok,that's fine. But this afternoon, today,I called to this restaurant to book at 2pm as I hope if I called earlier, they will make a good reservation for me. The guy said I should call back at 5pm as the manager will be at work. I was going to call one more time in the middle of the gap time to remind them but my husband tried to advise me to NOT DISTURB people if the staff said so. Then few mins ago, when I just called here at right 5pm. I talked to the manager. And he said tables were fully booked from last week. TWO MAIN MATTERS here I want to point out were : 1- the attitude of the manager toward the customers: may I suggest the boss teach the manager to behave in a right way as in London, every where, people are very nice and respectful to the customers,2- this is the rule in business: if you have already had fully booked, you must have told to the customers FROM THE BEGINNING TO NOT WASTE TIME OF CUSTOMERS. I will give here for minus star if they accept on the review. I was absolutely shocked by the behaviour of the manager. Extremely rude. Very disappointing
