Overall the experience was really good. The menu has quite a good variety, but probably would be nice to see some other options. The quality of what we ate was excellent thou. The service in general was really good. I would repeat if there's more options in the menu to try.

Had s lovely evening meal. Staff were very helpful. Food was very enjoyable. 1 star under top marks as 1 meal was undercooked. This was remedied with a fresh meal but it meant one person in our party had to eat on their own.

15/5 Great views, attentive staff. Nice food but the chef is a little heavy handed with the salt. Will go again though... Edit.. 16/5 excellent food today, same great attentive Italian waiter again.

My husband had booked us a table at Neo for our wedding anniversary. The lady who took us to our table was absolutely wonderful and wished us a congratulations. The food its self was lovely. We had the prawn tempura to start along with some bread to share. And we then had a chateaubriand with peppercorn sauce, fries and a salad. However what really disappointed us and Neo was the service. Our waiter barely gave us 5mins to sit down and read the menu before asking for our order. We asked for a few more minutes but it was 20 minutes until we saw him again and that was because we had to flag him down. That basically continued for the entire duration of the meal. We did look around the restaurant but being a Tuesday night it wasn't overly busy so our waiter wasn't rushed off his feet. We had asked for salt and pepper for our fried but it was never brough over, he never checked how our meal was or even if we wanted more drinks. A lovely couple seated near us ordered 2 glasses of wine to go with their mains. The drinks arrived after the couple had finished the food and the dishes had been cleared away. It just isn't acceptable. We very much felt forgotten about and to be honest it made our meal feel less like a special occasion. I feel like we would have had better service if we had gone to near by Miller and Carter. We spent another 20 minutes waiting for our main plates to be cleared when another waitress came over and apologised. We received a dessert menu, but decided that we had enough and decided to return to our hotel for dessert It is a real shame as the food is excellent but some of the waiting team are letting the rest of their colleagues down.

My gf booked us a table for my bd. We're didn't like the one we were given so they changed it no problem. I'm pretty sure this is the only place in Bournemouth that will serve dirty-Martini. It's an acquired taste. We had the artisan bread board for starters, it tasted freshly baked. My gf had the hole lobster. She said it was good but not very filling. I had the Monkfish it was good. Then she had the lemon tart and I had the Eaton Mess for desert, we'd recommend both.
