Visited this place twice in the last week. Both times I wasn't checked in by the incompetent staff behind the desk. When I pointed out today I wasn't happy the staff just basically ignored me. The entire place now looks run down and dirty so I'm not impressed at all.

Polite and friendly reception. Great consultant for my orthopedic procedure, Mark Farrar. Annoying covid procedures but on the circumstances I cant mark that down.

Today 3rd of November 2020, I have a ct scan. The lady that greeted me in the xray was lovely didn't catch her name. I was nervous about contrast dye she was so kind and caring she made me feel at ease the whole time. Amazing lady.

Can't rate them any higher. All really lovely people. Theatre staff, ward staff, catering staff etc. Really nice team. Food was amazing, care was fantastic.
