*PATHETIC* *NOT PROFESSIONAL* My friend recently rented a place from them and they kept a third person as an agent, didn’t even had the courtesy to ask my friend before cutting off money from her deposit. She paid money directly to them and they had no sense to send her a mail that the deposit been sent to this agent. And this person is now not willing to return the deposit to her now.

Have never seen their maintenance number being picked or ever even called back. Multiple emails sent and no response and always waiting on owner. Avoid letting from them for such a poor service. I would give -1 or even worst if google gives me an option.
