I could not recommend Brad (Mortgage & Protection Adviser) enough. He has provided an outstanding service at every stage. It is never easy the house buying process (especially during a pandemic!), but having someone like Brad in my corner has made all the difference! We have had a very difficult and long purchase of our new family home but Brad was always on hand when l needed help and support. He never let me down and is a big part of the reason we have been able to complete on our new family home! Thanks Brad :)

Avoid- had a very bad experience of dealing with them. Happy to take the money for an application - and despite doing little due diligence before going and wasting my time doing an application despite me not meeting the criteria - then to come back and say they couldn’t help. Astonishing attitude from one of their directors which I was dumbfounded by as he was so petulant towards me basically saying he didn’t want to help me! This left me with a very bad experience of this company. Went elsewhere and got top service straight away and a mortgage offer very quickly. Very bad experience and would not recommend !
