Absolutely shocking! Have experienced nothing but trouble with this company. Absolutely deflated about becoming a beauty therapist now and feel like giving up with the course all together. Wait months for responses, change the deals they originally made and say it's not there fault, constantly replace the "tutor" who doesn't have any information passed on about you or your progress; so you have to go through everything each time, no one communicates with eachother and it's all out of your hands... I could go on. Very unhappy. Waste of a lot money and time

Don't use stonebridge if you want a career in anything, teaching methodology is awful aswell as the system and they don't care about your learning, i can say this some my experience, have just proceeded to ring the office for the 4th time with no answer, goes straight to the voicemail which they can't be bothered to get back to you, on my last assignment now and will probably fail it due to their negligence, if this happens because of that reason i will not be paying the course costs and i will take them to court.

I am supposed to be studying the Access To Higher Education Social Sciences (Psychology and Criminology) course online using this college and so far I have had no support in helping me get logged back into my account I was previously allowed access to, I have applied for my student loan to cover the course costs and am now very angry as they are so hard to contact and my multiple emails to 'Honey' have gone unanswered! I am wondering if it is a scam as I just don't understand why the people I've spoken too can't just get me logged back in! I am anxious I am falling behind and the stress isn't good for my health. Disappointed and will be reporting to Management. (When I can finally get into contact with them).

I am currently studying with Stonebridge careers in Bournemouth, so far I have not heard from anyone at this office to ask how I am getting on, do I need assistance, or anything. When I try to ask for help they do not bother to contact me back. They made all these promises at the beginning about how they would help me find a career within education as a teaching assistant, how they would help me with my CV, I have not heard anything from them since I first registered with them. The only time I have had any contact is when I said I wanted to quit, as I really feel I will not achieve anything through this company.
