Friendly, professional service from start to end. No sales pressure tactics employed. Clean and tidy fitting of windows and conservatory in the run up to Christmas - all carried out within the difficult restrictions of Covid - and to a high standard. One minor issue which popped up in the New Year was handled without question or delay. Ian, Mark, Tyler, Aaron, Rob (star) & James - all very helpful. Last but not least Jeanette who, it appears, keeps everything running smoothly.

Had lovely new windows from Swain and Rand. They even sent me a beautiful plant at the end. Very nice touch. Photo shows before and after, very pleased.
Swain & Rands where very easy to work with from start to finish. They made sure I understood everything and had what I wanted before agreeing on the works. The installation of the windows was fast and to a great high quality standard. I would highly recommend Swain& Rands to anyone.
We had Swain and Rands in to quote our home for windows and doors. We also had another national company in to compare the quotes. We were really disappointed with the national company as it was very pushy sales tactics we were really please from start to finish of the sale to installation. It was a pleasure to use Swain and Rands and we will definitely be using them again for our conservatory.Well done all
