Terribly Grim Fridays - Bournemouth. Luke warm food, slow service, vastly over-priced. Staff must be employed on a casual basis, have not got the slightest idea of what hospitality means. You really will get a much better burger for a fraction of the price at McDonalds. Spend your money elsewhere - you deserve better.

Booked a table for 2 last night. Not my choice of food but the Burger was great!!.. My husband was not impressed.. The coleslaw looked like it had been picked from another plate and was only half full. No choice of sides when we was ordering.. just came with fries. customer service was very poor!! Waitress was clearly not interested in her job!. Not be returning in the future.
