Cheap price but teachers aren’t qualified to teach English at all They don’t focus on activities outside the school. They use boring teaching methods. Honestly, when I see students from other schools I regret that I chose this one. Other schools focus on activities and people gathering outside. My advice to you is to pay more to other school in order to get better language experience and relationships

As a student of Westbourne Academy I was asked to write a review. Fancy learning English? Westbourne Academy can obviously be recommended! What reasons for? Different aged people from all over the world make it interesting to talk to one another. Teachers being native speakers and their using of differentiated teaching methods makes it possible to learn English successfully. The location of the school in Bournemouth is central so you may reach town or beach by foot in 5 to 15 minutes. You can choose your own setting of learning concerning the amount of lessons per week and the fact either to be taught in class or in a one to one situation with a teacher for your own. Additional the school (compared with others in Bournemouth) has a good price-performance ratio. To end up: Why not learning English at Westbourne Academy? Give the school a chance and I believe you will not regret it! Neither do I. My course is still going on.

Right from day 1 of teaching at WA I was made to feel like a member of its family. The other more experienced teachers were supportive and gave great advice. The management listened to my opinions about course books or needs for training and acted on them. This ensured I felt supported and fully equipped to teach. The students are from all over the world and are often here to improve their English for work. So they are usually very hard working and work hard to attend their lessons. Furthermore I was impressed by the level of inclusion and understanding of diverse faiths in the school. By allowing Muslim students to go pray on a Friday and providing space for prayer. Additionally despite being small the school provides a lift and wheelchair access and even makes allowances for specific needs. Whether they be physical or learning needs. Teachers have the opportunity to join in on activities and as a result create strong memories with their students. I just love all the inclusion. And how it does feel like a big family. Teachers, staff and students all feel comfortable enough to laugh and joke with each other and that is rarely found in other schools.

During my time at Westbourne Academy School of English, I had an amazing experience inside and outside class! Making friends, learning new cultures and enjoying was only possible, because of the excellent treatment I recieved. Besides that, my host family was perfectly fine! Kind and welcoming are words that could describe them appropriately. They made me feel one of them! It was the best moment of my life!
