I have purchased BMW 120D back in September and happy with it. Car just passed MOT and drives well too. I like the seller as it was very honest and helpful. Will definitely return if decide to buy new car.

In my opinion, I've definitely 'dodged a bullet' by not buying from this so called 'trader'. I had one conversation with him by telephone. He was rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional. Stated that he was 74 and did things his way. He actually put the phone down on me! Avoid, no matter how attractive the advert appears.

Purchased a car from this so called trader, had to book in to a Garge after first run init. Had no oil in the engine followed by engine management light on. Told me to take it to a local mechanic, then when I informed him of the problem he wouldn’t pay, so cost me almost 400.00. Now there is a very serious problem, had to get it picked up, I have now been informed that the supercharger has gone which is going to cost thousand!! Apparently any with a small amount of no how would of known this, as it’s been on its way out for a while. Phoned the trader up and he is not interested. Please stay well clear from this rude, violent, con man!!!

Had a rare car that I needed at the time. Car was astonishingly poorly prepared. Subsequently developed a fault. Nil concept of customer service, and zero understanding of the Consumer Rights Act. One to avoid if you can.

Aggressive seller. Avoid like the plague. If things aren't going his way Rick will become aggressive and threaten violence. This means there is no way to reason with him, as if its not what he wants he becomes violent, clenched fists, physically shaking, over a conversation about a car that made it 7 miles after purchase over 4k I would advise people to stay away. He will either intimidate you, or if you are able to 'handle' yourself leave you in a predicament as it doesn't matter who instigated the violence you simply cannot fight with a 74 year old man, no matter how 'handy' he believes he is. The only time I have ever heard of Police getting involved over a car sale transaction. Madness!!
