Huge location for Toyota and Lexus place. Very nicely organized. Sales persons are good. I would prefer if someone explains to me about a car rather than having me asking all the questions since I'm clueless in cars. Make sure they take your old car before falling in love with a new one, they can be very picky.
I went there to buy a part for my car, the process was quick and concise. That was after coming by earlier to buy the part only to find out I was late at 5:00 and the parts department had closed. I had called earlier to ask about the closing time and was told it would close at 6. That was a waste of time
Amazing showroom, very large and well-lit, truly shows the colors of the vehicles. However the staff were a bit unfriendly and always staring at every move I made, which made me feel weird as if I’m trying to steal something from their vehicles lol. Plus they were out of brochures for all the models we wanted to compare, all we got was a black and white paper with specs and pricing, no brochure with in depth details
Too bad for such a great name as Toyota in Lebanon selling cars on paper and with different specs on internet . I wanted to pay cash for the beautiful hybrid Rav4 exposed in showroom but it is already sold and no way to deliver me before November and the car is reverse cameras, no electric chair and no leather chair. Model 2019.
Very Expensive maintenance garage prices (over 1300 for the maintenance of a 2008 RAV4 and over 3000 for maintenance of a 2015 GT86 ) do not recommend this company at all
