I put a negative review on Google and the owner called me and when I told her why I complained and that I have a brain tumor she hung up on me. I have reported this to Hartford Corp, the ADA and the Insurance commission. We have a lot of seniors locally and have to make sure they are not getting this abusive and cruel treatment.
