The MLO Team were a pleasure to work with. I had a great experience with John at the NH shop. He helped me spec out the perfect suspension setup in anticipation of a future Four Wheel Camper on my Tacoma. The truck drives like a dream now, and looks amazing with the new wheels and tires. The MLO Team did a top notch job and I am so happy I worked with them on this build. Highly recommend!

update they did finally disperse payment and i hope it will cover the damages, We purchased a go fast camper roof top tent from this outfit. The problem arose with shoddy crating prior to shipping and this allowed it to be severely damaged. Once the damaged was found we reported it same day it was delivered and where told that we had to report it to the shipper. The shipper was ups in this case they found that they had damaged it and paid a claim to main line overland as they where insured for damage. We have been waiting for the promised parts and a check for the repairs on our brand new tent for several months now. Calls and emails have been avoided and we still have a 3900 broken brand new tent .... very disappointed with the professionalism of this outfit and would recommend cation when purchasing expensive items as the seem not to be willing to back up the product when it arrives damaged. They did offer a refund but I would have to spend 500 to return ship, this seems unfair as ups has already dispersed payment to them for the damage! I will up date this review when or if this is made right for me.

These guys are awesome. I recently lifted my Tundra and the local tire shop said they couldn't get it aligned properly, told me I needed new parts. Looked for a second opinion with Mainline Overland who has a great reputation. Now I know why. They were super responsive and easy to deal with. Got my truck on the road with a proper alignment within less then 24 hours of me contacting them.. Saved me alot of stress and saved me from buying things I didn't realy need... True professionals.. Highly recommend.
