This is the third car we have purchased from Bowen Scarff Ford. My husband and I like their no hassle policy and we have been treated with the utmost respect. Our latest visit to the lot we were greeted by Brandon Hopper. No pressure, just answered our questions as he proudly showed us the new hybrid they had in and then the 2020 Edges still available on the lot. We had not intentions of purchasing a car just there to have our Escape serviced. But we asked if any of the 2020 Edges had my \must haves\, they did! Then with the incentives the Ford company and the dealership were offering made us realize the deal we could have. Since our 2014 Escape was there for servicing we had them give us a trade in value for it. All this to say, we bought a New Ford Edge. Brandon was great getting us set up with the electronic blue tooth connections and the Ford app! Very patient and knowledgeable about the car and technology!
