By far the best experience for braces I recommend Bowie Braces to anyone who is looking to get them. When I first came I was greeted with kindness. Tierra was excellent and so was Dr.Kirkland very chill environment they even played music ! The process was very smooth and they explained everything to me the entire steps. My braces look and feel good and you can’t get any better than that!!! Thank you Bowie Braces!!

My daughter actually been coming to Bowie braces for almost 2 years before actually getting her braces. As she was going through her consultation and observation time. Dr. Kirkland and staff has always been so pleasant providing the best customer service ensuring I thoroughly understood the process of each decision that was being made for my daughters teeth. They are always delivering the most comforting and friendly atmosphere no matter if it’s in person or over the phone.

This office is THE BOMB!!!!! Went today for a consultation and was blown away. From their phone etiquette to their in person demeanor, I loved my entire experience! The office is clean, well lit and organized. Brittney greeted me with a smile (behind her face mask) and showed me around the office. My consultation was extremely thorough, Ashley was a joy to talk to and she was so down to earth, from the pictures that were taken to the x-rays. Then Dr. Kirkland came in and spoke to me herself about my treatment options. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just one of many that they gave the same cookie cutter price and mediocre attention to. My experience was PERSONAL! I could tell they cared, and most importantly they listened!!! Brittney, Ashley and Dr. Kirkland are wonderful ladies, I can’t wait to get my braces treatment with them! I was so nervous but now I’m super excited!

I made my daughters consultation and the receptionist customer service was the best I've ever experienced. During her consult Ashley was very pleasant. She kept up conversation but it wasn't too much or that awkward silence most places have. She made sure my daughter and I was comfortable and informed. The doctor also came an introduced herself. I look forward to my daughter continuing her ortho treatment with this facility. There was several other specialist closer to my home but the drive is worth it!
