The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They do a great job helping me with my aquariums. They are also very friendly and are willing to answer a slew of questions. Definitely come here with any pet questions regarding fish, reptiles, amphibians, and other exotics.
Fantastic customer service, excellent variety, and exceptional prices. These guys really know what they're doing. Hands down Superior to big corporation pet shops. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.

ALWAYS a great time for the whole family. They always have what we need for our eclectic collection of pets. And the staff is super knowledgeable about all sorts of pet related stuff.
Pet central has many animals, that I personally think are well bred and well taken care off. All of the rodents have comfy hammocks, and I bought two rats from here, they both had no health issues and lived longer than my other rats. They also have nice fish who look well taken care of and are healthy which is hard to find with pet stores. Bettas have their own nearly half a gallon tank which is much better than the tiny cups they live in in other pet stores. The other fish have nice aquariums that are well planted and have sand substrate. They even have a small Pond in the store for hiding fish. The spiders have lovely homes with hiding places and enough substrate to dig , places to web. There are also snakes, I don’t know much about snake car though, but they are usually healthy looking.
If you want to speak to kind, friendly, educated individuals, go see the people at pet central. Me and my son had the pleasure of working with Emily while shopping for a new pet. My son had experienced the loss of his first pet not long ago, and was ready to make new friends. Emily spent time with us, answered all of our questions, and helped us get set up with two of the sweetest little guinea pigs . Pet Central is filled with personable employees that made us feel welcome and encouraged questions about their products. Their animals are healthy and well taken care of which makes transitioning them to a home environment easier. Now that we've found them we most likely won't be visiting the large chain pet stores in town.
I’ve been going to pet central for about 2 years now and I absolutely love them. Everyone there is so kind and so helpful. They have quality food, animals, pet care and lots of helpful advice. I definitely recommend going there if you plan on getting a new pet or if you have animals that need live food. They’re very clean to and have amazing prices. THANK YOU PET CENTRAL !!!
