This low rating is not a reflection of the store or it's staff. I went in looking for fish, \fancy goldfish to be exact.\ The fish selection was very poor and there were not many choices to choose from. So I left and went to Pet Central where they had everything I wanted.

Staff not friendly ,manager not familiar with fish yet this is the third time I bought fish and they died their tanks have dead fish .complete rip off i wish they would put someone in that department who cares about the tanks and fish and stop filling a position cause short of staff

Honestly this place makes me feel so sad for the animals. The staff aren’t very knowledgeable. Fish never look like they are healthy a lot of times third dead and they’re just left there. The reptiles aren’t well cared for. And they definitely don’t know anything about ferrets. They aren’t very friendly either

The fish selection always looks so sad. Nearly every time I go here the fish are half dead or several are already dead. The leopard geckos are kept in a substrate that can be a big hazard to their health and just lots of care issues.
