Gas pumps barely ever work & when they do it takes FOREVER.

My son went in with his dad to use the restroom. Literally had to purchase something for a SIX YEAR OLD to use a FILTHY restroom. Then when he complained he was told about how much money has been lost due the pandemic. Everyone is currently undergoing the same situation. We’re in this TOGETHER. Charging people to use restrooms that aren’t even CLEAN during a CRISIS, especially a child, is UNBELIEVABLE. And I can assure you the COVID-19 guidelines are NOT being followed here.
Mean and nasty man behind the counter. Do not stop there! Especially if you have kids. He Was so rude that my husband and I went out of out way to call BP corporate. In this day and age can’t people be nice.
This location is an older location and seems a bit dirty, unkempt and rundown. To use the restrooms, they currently require you to purchase something.
The woman that works here is extremely helpful. I didn't get her name, but she actually cared about what I was going through. She helped me get a bucket to put water in for coolant, and I really have never seen anyone care like that at a gas station off of the interstate.
