Excellent service. Aquaphobia is a company you want to use. Jon came by in his car. Not a huge vehicle advertising to my neighborhood that I have a basement leak. Jon followed all the covid protocols. He explained what he does and how it works. He patiently answered all my questions. He went to work and was done in a timely fashion. I think the value was outstanding and I would recommend Aquaphobia to my friends and family. Thanks Jon for your great service.

Jon was quick to respond and showed up on time. Walked me through the process and explained all the options for fixing the cracks inside and outside the building. Very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend.
Discovered a leak between foundation and ground level during a heavy rain fall. Send a few photos and got a great explanation on the possible solution, got a quote and scheduled an appointment. Arrived early, polite, maintained distance and wore a mask. Looked over the problem area once again as well as pointed out another possible problem area to look out for. Was done in about 1.5 hr, cleaned up the area, explained what he did and provided receipt. 10/10 would call for foundation leaks again.
We had a great experience in dealing with Jon; he had the crack in our foundation fixed by the next day after contacting him. Our crack was not an active leak but still needed to be filled. He is very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. We recommend him and services completely.
