Always professional, love the staff. The physicians are great they explain everything and all the hygienists and staff take their time. Never have I felt rushed or felt my questions weren’t answered thoroughly. Exceptionally clean environment. My husband also started as a patient and appreciates their care and comfort. He made the remark that they are polite when explaining certain topics that may be obvious to them but always patient and kind when he needs clarity and more information. My appointments have always been on time so I’m not sitting around in the waiting room. Definitely recommend!

For the past few months Aspen Springs have been preparing my mouth for dentures. There was prep work to be done but I finally have the dentures I have needed for years. Their staff were supremely helpful along the way. Additionally, their staff is top notch when it comes to customer relations. It seems that all the staff smile a lot and converse with you. It is a comfort to go somewhere the staff, seemingly regardless of their positions in their business, are truly happy to see you.

Absolutely love aspen springs!! All the staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I recently had an issue with my insurance coverage and Dr. Nicole and her team did everything they could to rectify the issue for me. Yesterday I had an appointment at Aspen Springs Dental for a gum graft. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and was VERY nervous to say the least. The staff were so kind and understanding even before I walked through the door. For weeks before, Scheshawna helped me work through the billing process and explained my benefits coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood the billing and paperwork aspect of this procedure. On the day of the procedure I walked into the treatment room with my heart pounding, close to having a full blown panic attack and in walked Jenn, the dental assistant. She asked me how I was doing, and told me about how she remembered the day I booked the appointment based on a conversation we had. She even shared her own dental experience! She was exactly the person I needed in that room at that time. Her bedside manner was so soothing and calming. She did EVERYTHING she could to bring me back to calm. Thank you Jenn! Oh, and I think my gum graft went well, time will tell, I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to follow up, but really, this isn’t about that for me. I know there are many people with dental anxiety and I want you to know that the professionals at Aspen Springs will make you feel alright when you have to do the unbearable...like get a gum graft!

The whole Aspen Springs team is awesome. I always feel better about my teeth when I go there. All the staff members are so accommodating and sweet. I talked to Dr. Nicole today and she is such a wonderful dentist. Also, Sheila who did the mould for my night guard was fantastic. And Jakob at reception is so nice. Thank you making your dental office a relaxing place for dental care. I have been a patient for 7 years or so. Best atmosphere, location and team.

The dental office is state of the art, the staff are very friendly and always positive. They greet you with the utmost professionalism and care deeply about their clientele. The questionnaire that you have to fill out is very detailed and precise and it is great to see just how much they care about you. Nadia goes above and beyond to help her clients, she is very friendly and cares deeply about their well being. She has all of the protocols in place to make your visit a relaxing one.
