The staff have been exceptionally friendly and facilitating whenever I attend the branch. I wish the hours were more convenient. But BMO hours generally suck across the board. I recommend this small town branch to anyone.
Brutal branch. Staff can't reply to emails or phone calls. They don't know how to process requests properly. Took them over a month to get back to me regarding a credit card and line of credit (Which they still have never gotten back to me). I ended up just calling BMO customer service and having it solved in 2 days. I like BMO but this branch is absolutely useless. I recommend going to any other location if you need actual help.
In February did go to the bank and ask for closing my US account to avoid paying penalty for not using this account . Signed all the papers and few weeks later money was taken from my account and account still not closed . This is called lack of professionalism . Shame on You . In the process of moving after 30 years to another more reliable bank .
