This hotel is amazing and not just because of the comfy beds and clean rooms. This hotel offers a service alot in this industry have forgotten your not a guest here your family..the staff go out of their way to make your experience one to remember for the best ..such kind hearted and knowledgeable staff created an environment for me and my son to feel beyond welcome like I said your treated as family...I would give this hotel 10 more stars if I could ...stay here and remember the experience yourself I would recommend this hotel to anyone even if it was out of there way they would be happy...stay safe everyone
This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a hotel in some time. Alex who checked me in the evening of Nov 10th 2020 was welcoming, kind and extremely professional. The hotel is modern and well kept. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the stay here, and would recommend it to anyone.
Was greeted by a lovely lady who set me and the wife up with a room. Overall room could of been cleaned better. They advertise free breakfast but no breakfast was available. I’m an essential worker. (Drive a truck) the male who greeted me in the morning was not very welcoming. Overall would suggest staying elsewhere for the price there asking. Don’t go there if your a trucker looking for a nicer bed then your sleeper cause beds 3/10
Terrible! Just go to the comfort inn across the way and save yourself the headache.
Honestly, don't know what was worse the room or the service. As a young professional who has stated at many hotels across Canada this was by far my worst experience. Congratulations
The said guest was on his way out the door. And they decided to cause a whole issue with it. There was a plastic divider and she was wearing a mask so safety was not an issue. And the law clearly states that any person with a health condition dose not need to wear a mask. M
Clean ....consistent...pool was even open and a take out breakfast they pack in a bag for you...overall good value for the in these covid times
