Edit: Operations Manager reached out and fixed this situation. Corey Earl is easy to deal with. Extremely rude over the phone, very impatient when I try to provide details. Probably the same reason that after driving 85km to pick up my centre console that they brought half the part instead of everything after I very specifically described what I needed off of the truck. Will never spend another dime here.
The service I received today from the team, at Hotchs was simply SUPERB! I got a very fair quote for my old car but what really made the difference was their dedication to their clients. I had to call them a number of times in order to coordinate with CAA, the towing of my old car and reschedule multiple times due to my busy schedule, and never once did they display impatience. They truly made my day very easy and stress-free, I really can't thank them enough. :) Oh and yes, special thanks to Corey!
