Brought 2 vehicles in for oil spray on the same day and had the owner rave about the product and bash their competitor (Bob’s oil spray locally in Bowmanville). Luckily I had a scheduled appointment with my mechanic the next day and the first thing said was you got ripped off dry spots everywhere underneath vehicle and around tire areas. Had him check 2nd vehicle and same thing all the areas where you can’t see were dry especially where you need it most, the small areas where the wand should spray plentiful. When you lift the hood it is soaked to appear that it was done properly. They try and resolve by giving you a can of their spray. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Spend your money elsewhere, you have now been warned.

Having worked in car care and body shops myself and having used Krown for over 20 years, from Kitchener to Peterborough, I will not go back to this shop. Pay while you car is done; OK. Nice friendly chat. Ask to see the car and get \It's almost done.\ Hmmm. In less than 5 minutes?!? Sure enough, the car is already down on the hoist. Ask to raise it up and when you stick your finger into several holes in the uni-body and find them dry... ??? Inside front fenders also dry. Appears that only a surface spray was done on the underside. Other shops have remove taillights (2 or 3 crews) to get into quarter panels. They drilled holes. Positive was that everything was corrected when I requested. For me, there are other options.
I must have driven by here a hundred times. So finally went to get my van sprayed. What a great experience! It was refreshing to see the owner / operator on scene who is passionate about his product. It was my first time there and Brian gave me a full tour and demo of the facility and coating process. The garage bay was visable so you could see the work being done as well. Will definitely bring my other car there.
Honestly the best and most trustworthy mechanic works there named Gary he does a great job and doesn't make you buy or pay for anything you shouldn't he's just the best. All those stereotypes you hear about mechanics making you oay for stuff you don't need are wrong atleast woth this place and Gary can't reccomend him enough I go to him everytime I hear a noise in my car and he will svheck itnout and straight up tell me it's nothing or if it's something fix it fair, fast, and affordble
