Paleo pizza, bliss bar at the top and salted walnut brownie at the bottom. All so amazing! It is pricey but its all made with trusted, top quality ingredients! The pizza was received nice and hot. I expected more toppings but it was still delicious! I tried it with sweet potato, chicken, spinach and mushrooms! Don't knock it until you try it! Also their desserts are so good too! Definitely will be back. The owners are super helpful and so positive! Love the energy!

Absolutely unique in the city, so tough to compare it to anything ! Bringing Healthy Treats to Bowmanville took a lot of love and passion, and the place is tightly run, super clean and organized.

I have been here a few times for Tea and a baked treat but today I needed a sandwich. So I asked if they had gluten free bread; well guess what! Everything is gluten free, dairy free, sugar free etc etc. Mine and my friends sandwich was fantastic--we ate outside at a table. Perfect!
The staff and owner here are so lovely!!! Extremely knowledgeable about products and ingredients. Such a cute cozy spot in downtown bowmanville. The brownies are to DIE for. Absolutely loved my experience and everything I ate. They carry collagen and natural supplements as well from amazing brands. Cute decor, extremely clean and accessible street parking!! Absolutely will be back!!!

My review is from the perspective of someone who is not vegan, gluten free, paleo, or keto. To take it further I don't normally list healthy eating habits as a priority. However, Alanna and her staff have encouraged me to have a change of heart. In a supportive way they encourage their patrons to make healthy choices. They do this by providing amazing treats, drinks and meals that are very flavorful and great for you. Believe me. I ate a pizza that made my head spin. You're telling me this is good for you, grain free, dairy free, and the cheese is made from coconuts? Getowda here! Do yourself a favor and give them a try. They are passionate about the foods and beverages they provide and you will not be disappointed. You heard it here first. Invest in your health, and invest in coconut stocks!!
Update - I've been enjoying the pizza, meals to go, coffee and the baked goods - pumpkin cake, brownies and lemon cookies to be specific. I just tried the meal prep service and was blown away. Home made chicken fingers and a variety of roasted vegetables were absolutely phenomenal. I highly suggest giving it a try! Thanks again to the owner and staff for their awesome service :) ! I discovered this place through a co-worker maybe a few months ago now and am extremely grateful that I did. Having the ability to eat healthy food that also tastes amazing is such a nice treat and is not something I do very well for myself. The baked goods are so delicious and healthy I had to bring my Mom out to try them out with a coffee. Great vibes in the store and very friendly staff. The absolute highlight of my day and reason for writing this review - I tried their pizza after seeing the ingredients and was thrilled to learn there is now a guilt-free way of eating pizza - of all things! I wanted to say thank you to the owner of this local business for your kind services, especially given the situation society has been in over the past few months :) ! Much appreciated!
