I went to this shop today with a screen shot of some pants I'd seen discounted on the Nygard website. When I showed the friendly customer service person she immediately looked them up for me on line--she ordered them, and without costing me any shipping they'll be delivered to the store where I can try them on; then keep/exchange or return the item hassel-free. So glad she had time for my me.
