ok I should have this review a few weeks ago but I wanted to make sure this service was as good as it was on day one. the speed I got one the first day was the same as I get today. I get over 25mbps download ( and I have the 25mbps package) bell's package was 5mbps and I got 2. Just that said makes it worth it. But I need to add more...these guys value you as customers....1000X better than bell and rogers. They are friendly to deal with and offer a quality product. Oh yeah they are cheaper than bell and rogers. its a no-brainer choose Rapid Connex

Disappointed is an understatement. I contacted this company for internet service. They scheduled a consultation which never took place. Made an appointment and had me waiting around. I called back and rescheduled. I waited a Saturday which is my day off waiting for a 11am appointment which was never cancelled. At 3pm I called and he said he was too busy and had to go to up north to visit family. I was livid and expressed my disappointment in his behavior for making me wait so long and not having the decency to call. I posed a question, if this is the way that a customer should be treated and when the internet would go down does this represent his customer service response?! Disappointed and will disapprove 100%. Poor business Ethics.
