I signed my daughter up at Redemption Sept 2020 and I’m so impressed with how well they manage everything during COVID. The staff are amazing, super friendly and very understandable. They have a great system to keep everyone safe during this time! If you are looking at signing up for child, or yourself. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait until my son is old enough to get him in.

One of the best decisions I ever made was to start training here in 2019. A clean, beautiful studio filled with the kindest, most genuine instructors who genuinely want you to succeed. Steve and Melissa are easily some of the nicest people I've ever met! They treat you like family, remember your name, talk to you personally about your goals and your health and wellbeing. The classes are excellent and there is a variety of options for everybody. You have access to various kinds of martial arts with one membership. All of the Krus and instructors are not only extremely skilled, but full of spirit and a genuine passion for the sport. They prioritize safety, cleanliness and a high level of care and professionalism during the pandemic. Seriously could not recommend this place more, and will continue to recommend it whenever given the chance.
Joining Redemption Muay Thai, for both myself, and my family has been nothing short of awesome. The owner, management, and trainers promote a friendly and welcome environment daily. We've been fortunate to benefit from the wide variety of classes, and individualized personal training offered by their pros. All of the other members are friendly, and eager to assist new classmates to learn the arts and techniques of Muay Thai, and other martial arts offered at the club! My kids continue to benefit immensely at the club, and truly look forward to every training at Redemption. Joining this club has been a positive experience from day one!! I look forward to many more years training there, and encourage anyone looking for a good club to check them out!!
I joined Redemption Muay Thai during COVID and couldn't be more impressed with how well they managed everything and were able to run classes so efficiently The facility was clean and immaculate and they had systems in place to keep everyone separated and safe In every class there is a wide range of skill levels, and I felt more than welcome, all of the members have been so friendly and the staff have been incredible. If you're looking to get in shape, or take your Muay Thai to the next level I couldn't recommend this place enough.
I'm 38 and love the workouts at Redemption...panting and sweating is something I need in my life. The instructors are always motivated and organized. Also they have MMA competitors in the gym, so high level knowledge is just a question away! REDEMPTION has a great reputation around the GTA. I hope this review helps anyone looking to join a gym. Im not gonna lie, my life has gotten busy for me and ill be taking a break but... I'LL BE BACK
Kru Steve is an exceptional martial artist and human being. He's a truly passionate, giving, and super-knowledgable instructor. Great group of ppl to train with, super friendly atmosphere, and first class facilities. The best Muay Thai and BJJ programs in the area!
These people are Pros!!. They run an amazing adult and kids program for every skill level. My family has been training here for over a year and we have felt part of the Redemption team since day 1. My only regret is that we didn't start sooner.!!
Started out good, two of the young gentlemen trainers were great. Female manager was difficult to deal with, no seating or even standing area for parents barely. Then staff would complain that parents need to stay out of the way. To top it off I tried cancelling my 6 yr old sons membership twice, they were not helpful at all. Ending up being charged for 2 more monthly fees of 88 each time. For 4 classes a month! Very unhappy with my overall experience, will never return and would not recommend to anyone.
